Clearing your environment

If you have enabled a previous version of an Esker on Demand solution and wish to benefit from the newest features, you must first delete it before activating the latest version:

  1. On the demo portal, click on the Administrator persona in the Connect as a user section:
  2. Once connected, click Setup at the top right of the interface:
  3. Go to Restricted actions > Clear All.
  4. The Clear All page allows you to clear components of an account to reset all or part of the interface to its original state.

  5. Make sure all the options are selected and click Clear.
  6. At the end of the operation, a summary of performed actions displays.

You can now enable the latest applications from SetupApplication setupApplications.
